Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with ElBoraqh! We’re committed to your satisfaction and strive to make the return and refund process as simple and transparent as possible. Please read our policy carefully.


1. How to Start a Return

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN):

  • Timing: Contact us within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • How to Request:

Return Shipping:

  • Ensure the item is shipped within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Clearly label the RAN on the outside of the shipping box.


2. Preparing Your Return

To avoid delays or deductions:

  • Clean the Item: Thoroughly clean and dry the equipment.

  • Repackage Securely: Use the original packaging. Include all manuals, accessories, and parts.

  • Ship Safely:

    • We recommend using UPS with insurance.

    • Keep your receipt and tracking number for your records.


3. Commercial Equipment and Parts

  • Final Sale: All commercial equipment, special orders, and parts are non-returnable.


4. Home Equipment Returns

Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused and returned in like-new condition with all packaging.

Conditions for Full Credit:

  • Coffee equipment must be free of coffee or water.

  • Warranty cards and manuals should be unmarked.

  • Factory default settings must be restored.

Used Equipment:

  • Returns for used equipment are not accepted.

  • In certain cases, we may evaluate and accept a return with a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged or Missing Parts:

  • The cost of any missing or damaged components will be deducted from your refund.


5. Perishable Items

  • Non-Returnable: Food and beverage items cannot be returned for safety reasons.

  • If we shipped the wrong item, we will send the correct one and let you know if the incorrect product should be returned.


6. Defective Espresso Equipment

Troubleshooting:

  • Call us at +1 (737) 307-6275 for live support.

Next Steps:

  • If the issue cannot be resolved, we’ll arrange UPS pickup within 7–10 days.

  • If the item is defective, we’ll repair or replace it.

  • If determined to be user error, repair and shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


7. Shipping Instructions

Before Shipping:

  • Clean and drain all water from espresso machines (refer to your manual).

  • Machines shipped with water may freeze in transit and be damaged—any such damage will be deducted from your refund.

Reliable Shipping:

  • Use UPS or a comparable carrier with tracking and insurance.

  • ElBoraqh is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Accessories:

  • Return all included accessories and free gifts (e.g., starter kits).

  • Missing items will be charged at retail value.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used accessories such as pitchers, cups, coffee, thermometers, and parts.


8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 1–2 weeks, minus any applicable fees or deductions.


9. Return Shipping Charges

  • For voluntary returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund—even if your original order had free shipping.

  • Unauthorized shipping charges paid by the customer will not be reimbursed.


10. General Conditions

  • Your RAN must be clearly visible on the shipping box.

  • Returns received without a valid RAN may be refused or delayed.
